DECALS are easy to apply!!
Here you will find the steps you need to apply them.
Each decal will arrive as three layers of material. The top layer is the Opaque Transfer Tape, which is used to apply the decal. The second layer is the Cut Vinyl Decal, which is the decal itself. The bottom layer is the Wax Paper Backing.
When you receive your decal, lay it flat and firmly wipe a plastic card (credit card for example) across the top of the transfer tape to make sure the transfer tape properly adheres to the decal. This is important if the decal was shipped in a mailing tube. Below you will find application instructions. The instructions for small decals are for applying small decals for Tablets, Laptops, Car Windows, and other similar surfaces. The instructions for large decals are for windows or wall decals.
Small Decals
Step 1. First, decide where you want to apply the decal and hold it up to make sure it will look correct. Completely clean and dry the desired application surface.
Step 2. Carefully turn the decal face down and slowly remove the wax paper backing. (Make sure the decal remains stuck to the transfer tape)
Step 3. Align the decal and press it onto the desired surface. Firmly run a plastic card (i.e. credit card) across the transfer tape to make sure the decal adheres to the surface. (Once applied decal is not repositionable).
Step 4. Slowly peel away transfer tape layer. Make sure the decal remains stuck to the surface. If part of the decal remains stuck to transfer tape just press that part back down and rub a little harder with the card. (If your decal design has small, thin, or delicate bits be very careful when applying. Take your time)
Large Decals
Step 1. First, decide where you want to apply the decal and hold it up to make sure it will look correct. Completely clean and dry the desired application surface.
Step 2. Align the decal where you would like it to be. Tape it in place using masking tape along the top edge of the transfer tape.
Step 3. Lift the free end of the decal up and peel the backing paper away from the decal at a sharp angle.
Step 4. Starting from the top edge of the decal near the masking tape, wipe down over the transfer tape with a credit card. Firmly go over the entire decal surface until it has completely adhered to the surface.
Step 5. Slowly and carefully peel the transfer tape from the top of the decal. Don’t pull the tape away from the surface. Peel the tape at a sharp angle, so you may press on top of the decal as you peel. If any part of the decal starts to come up with the tape, run over that part of the decal with a credit card and try to peel the tape again.
For best results apply decals in dry environments with temperatures at least 55 degrees Fahrenheit.
